This is an outdoor farm session with Catherine Whittall, Animal Communicator, and her lovely flock of sheep and miniature horses. Please bring a hat (a cap is preferable to a floppy hat) and wear sturdy footwear suitable for walking on a farm and amongst animals.

It will be a free flow day, full of personal and introspective experiences. You are invited to walk around and BE with the animals, making your own observations as you commune and connect with them, allowing them to teach and inspire.
Bring a yoga mat, warm clothes, gum boots, camera and a journal. No matter the weather, the barn will be warm.
